What’s Plantar Fasciitis? Achilles Tendonitis? Runners Knee? Sciatica?

There’s an ever-growing number of people in Howard County taking part in multi-sport lifestyles. United with the increasing intensity of training and competition, the demand for information on injuries and effective recovery methods are just as high.

Nic Ebright combines 9 years of practice (Athletic Training, Strength & Conditioning, Injury Prevention/Rehab & Health Coaching,) to provide specialized massage therapy that enhance healing, restores function and improves athletic performance.

Nic trains with, participates with and supports fellow athletes in the community. Having participated in several running, cycling and triathlon events you can trust when he says, “I’ve been there before, I know where it hurts.”

1/18/12 - NESM donates package services to Ulman Cancer Fund Blue Jean Ball Auction. Raises $200 for UCF.

1/15/12 - Signs on to Ride and fundraise for 24 Hours of Booty, Columbia cycling event.

1/1/12 - NESM renews sponsorship for Ulman Cancer Fund's Team Fight endurance training team.

11/19/11 - Erika Ebright finishes a PR 10:22 at JFK50 Ultra Marathon.

10/5/11 - Travel to NYC Marathon to support Team Fight and Livestrong runners.

8/10/11 - The Ebrights travel to Vermont and Montreal.

7/16/111 - Erika Ebright completes 76 miles of the Back on My Feet Lone Ranger Ultra Marathon.

6/12/11 - Erika Ebright Finishes 3rd Female Sub-20h at Laurel Highlands. 8 Clients finish successfully at Eagleman 70.3.

5/26/11 - Volunteers Services for Team Fight and Mid-Maryland Tri Club at Columbia Triathlon.

5/20/11 - Finishes First year of Nursing school, enters Externship at Howard County General Hospital.

3/17/11 - Travels to Peru to hike the Inka Trail and Tour Machu Picchu.

1/1/11 - Sponsors Ulman Cancer Fund's Team Fight Training Team. Pledges $500 and to raise $750 for Half-Full Triathlon

10/16/10 - Nic participates on behalf of Team Fight and finishes in 4:26 in his first marathon at the 2010 Baltimore Running Festival. Raises a total of $1200 for young adults affected by cancer.

10/3/10 - Volunteer coordinates 9 local massage therapy professionals and students to provide post-race sports massage for finishers of inaugural Half Full Triathlon benefiting the Ulman Cancer Fund.

10/2/10
Represents Rocktape at Half Full Tri Expo. Provides free assessment and kinesiology taping to triathlon, aquavelo and relay participants.

9/18/10
Finishes first SavageMan 30.0 Triathlon (Deep Creek, MD) in 3:07 alongside Team Fight and Mid-Maryland Tri Club teammates.

8/29/10
Volunteers Sports Massage and Taping services to 24 Hours of Booty – Columbia, benefiting LIVESTRONG and Ulman Cancer Fund. Also rides 30 miles on the Booty Loop.

8/22/10
Volunteers pre and post event Sports Massage and Taping services to Iron Girl Triathlon participants, including Para-Triathlete Sarah Reinertsen – Ironman Kona Finisher and Challenged Athletes Foundation athlete.

8/14/10
Rides 51 miles of the Eat-A-Peach Metric Century (Mt. Airy). Did not finish due to fatigue and under - training.

7/18/10
Wife Erika runs 76 miles in the BOMF Lone Ranger 24 Hour Ultra Marathon. Nic runs 27 miles along side in support.

6/27/10
Nic raises $800 for Team Fight and Ulman Cancer fund by racing “4 races in 4 weeks”. Races included The North Face Endurance Challenge 13.1, Baltimore 10 Miler, Survivor Harbor 7 and Celebration Sprint Tri.
